This unit is located on the tenth floor of the East tower. It has two king size beds (both with memory foam mattress toppers), a queen size sofa sleeper and a memory foam, twin size roll-away bed.
BOTH the master bedroom and living area have sliding glass doors opening to a balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! You can relax and spot the amazing sea life below from a bird’s eye view! ❤️
This unit also includes a washer, dryer and dishwasher for your convenience.
The kitchen comes fully supplied with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes!
☀️ PLEASE NOTE…..Upon checking in at the Splash desk, there is a one-time fee of $35 per condo (not per person). This will cover your weekly parking passes and wristbands for everyone 12 years of age and older.😊

First, Charlotte is a fabulous host. She is so kind, and understanding. Anytime I messaged her, she got back with me immediately! We had to arrive later than expected, and then leave earlier than expected (sick toddler), and she was so helpful to us. She restored our faith in humans a bit that’s for sure! Guest services were also friendly and helpful. My favorite part of the condo was the master bedroom. Super cozy bed and when you crack the sliding door open you could sleep for hours with that rolling ocean sound. Being on the 10th floor provides a gorgeous view as well! Will definitely be booking with Charlotte again soon (hopefully)!

I love how Charlotte made us feel like family & made sure we knew our kiddos were welcome. She had everything we needed from a pack n play to Beach toys!
