This beautiful condo offers the beach and beach access directly across the street. No long walks to the beach. It features a king bed in the master bedroom with a bathroom. The second bedroom accommodates a full bed and bunk beds. All bedrooms have new, comfortable mattresses and nice linens for a restful night’s sleep. Flat screen televisions are in each bedroom. An additional bathroom is in the hallway. The den has a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Free wifi is provided.
The kitchen is newly remodeled with quartz countertops and all the amenities you will need for a perfect vacation including a Keurig and traditional coffee maker. A grill is on the back patio and a picnic table in the back yard for outdoor meals.
This unit is on Front Beach Road right across from a beach access so it is an easy walk to the beach. You can sit on your front porch and watch the ocean.
For large families vacationing together, we have a two story unit next door to this one that sleeps 10 and a 3 bedroom/3 bath oceanfront townhome (sleeps 11) right across the street that is available for rental.

This is the perfect condo, it’s not on a super busy part of the beach which we LOVED. The condo itself couldn’t have been any cuter. Big kitchen with lots of gadgets, a full length mirror which is a must for me, the beds were all comfy which sometimes isn’t the case at beach condos, parking was right at the door, and the beach access almost directly across the street. Charlotte was a joy to rent from and we will surely be back.

We did a last minute beach trip over school break. Didn’t want to break the bank since it wasn’t a planned trip and we lucked out or TJ beach therapy. Charlotte was wonderful communicating everything. I accidentally had us staying 1 day longer and needed to change the date less than 1 week out and she was so accommodating. The house was beautifully upgraded and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach entrance. The area was perfect because it wasn’t crowded and we were close to grocery stores as well as the Rosemary Beach one way and the Pier the towne way.
My kids LOVED the hammock on the porch. The kitchen had everything you needed. We didn’t use the gril but it looked great and new.
My only recommendation is to upgrade the beach chairs or not mention it’s there to use. It was great for us not having to pack it but the chairs were old.
We loved it and head to spend more time at the house because the weather wasn’t great.
