Cliff and Charlotte Goodson are the owners of CGoodson Properties, LLC.  We are from North Alabama and offer beachfront and beach view vacation rentals on the west end of Panama City Beach, FL. We have 3 children and 8 grandchildren and know the importance of being in a quiet, safe, family friendly area while vacationing. All of our properties have wonderful neighbors and are not close to high rise condominium complexes which makes the beach experience more private.

Every property is well stocked with all of the amenities you need. Owning a home always has its issues from time to time and we are available 24/7 and respond quickly to any problem that may arise. We would love to host you and your family for your next vacation.
